By using Buses.pk ("the platform"), you agree to the following terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Service Description

Buses.pk is a bus search and information directory for Pakistan. We aggregate fare, terminal, and schedule data from bus operators and present it to help travellers make informed decisions. We act as an information aggregator and directory, not a bus operator or booking agent.

2. Accuracy of Information

Fares, timings, and route information are sourced from operators and updated regularly. However, we do not guarantee that all information is always accurate or up-to-date. Always confirm final fare and timings with the bus operator before travel.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Prohibited Use

• Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection without permission
• Posting false or misleading reviews
• Attempting to access admin or secured areas without authorisation
• Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes

5. Limitation of Liability

Buses.pk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information on the platform, cancelled or delayed buses, or issues with bus operators. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
