Since Buses.pk does not handle any financial transactions or bookings, we do not provide refunds. All ticket purchases are made directly with the respective bus operators or through their official booking channels.
Operator Refunds
If you have purchased a ticket directly from a bus operator and require a refund or cancellation, please contact that operator's support team or visit their terminal. You can find contact information for most operators on our terminal pages.
Our Role
Our role is limited to providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding fares, timings, and contact details. We are not responsible for the service quality, cancellations, or refund policies of the bus operators listed on our site.
